These are the steps for a CanCan job:
- You select the service you need.
- You select the date you want.
- You select the arrival window time you want.
- You provide a brief description of the job.
- You are shown the hourly rate relevant to the service you have requested.
- You provide your details and you pay the first hour of labour upfront, via debit card.
- A CanCan-approved tradesperson comes at the date and time you selected.
- The job is done. If there is follow-on work (including if you want an estimate of the follow-on work) then this is all done.
- The tradesperson closes the job when it is complete and you are emailed with the details of the costs, including any materials and parking costs.
- Your card is debited the final amount (net of your upfront payment) the day after.
- A record of the job is stored in your CanCan account.
Change your mind after booking?
- You can cancel anytime up to midday the day before the job and you will receive a full refund.
