We collect or use the following information to provide services and goods and to operate accounts: name, contact details, address.
We use Stripe for payments and they may collect personal data, including via cookies. The personal data may include transactional data and identifying information about devices which is used to operate and improve its services.
Basis for collection
Our lawful basis for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods and operate accounts is consent. We have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. We get personal information directly from you.
We only retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the services and account operations we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. In the event of a complaint, we may retain your information for a longer period.
We share information with the approved trade professionals. We treat them as data processors and require them to abide by the Data Protection Act.
